Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Alex!

I have over 5 years of experience in the Recruiting / Employee Development space. Through my full-time role, I have always found passion in helping young professionals reach their full potential; especially when it comes to coaching on resumes, interview prep, job exploration, and mentorship.

While most schools have career centers, they are often severely under-resourced, leading to a disconnect between the advice students receive and what's actually looked for in the professional setting. I hope to help bridge this gap.

What sets me apart?

My experience with business stakeholders across nearly every function of an organization and the hundreds of hours reviewing resumes, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles in various job functions puts me in a unique position to coach candidates. My specialty is in early career professionals, career changers, and folks looking to get ahead in their career. Career coaching is perfect for high schoolers, college students, recent grads, and veterans.

I am committed to providing concrete, specific, and tough feedback as well as actionable advice and be there to support you along the way in your pursuits for your next role. I’m here to support you in resume review / creation, interview prep, and one-on-one coaching, LinkedIn revamp, mentoring support, and more!
